BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
i. Keep the front office tidy & presentable at all times
ii. Greet and welcome guests
iii. Answer incoming calls, redirect them or take messages
iv. Document, receive & distribute all incoming & outgoing Daak/mail
v. Keep updated records for the front desk and monitor required utilities
vi. Any other task assigned by the management from time to time

STRENGTHS REQUIRED:
- Familiar with front office operations
- Excellent English & Urdu communication skills
- Telephone and greeting etiquettes
- Working knowledge of IP PABX, Computer, and office peripherals like printer/scanning documents
- Ability to work under pressure
- Presentable, courteous, and friendly personality
