JOB PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of this role is to supervise and manage production operations in the manufacturing of Electric Vehicles (EVs). The key objectives include leading production activities, coordinating both staff and equipment, and maintaining a high standard of quality for the EVs produced.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Planning and Establishing Priorities in Production.
• Determine best use of resources (equipment and worker) to meet production goals.
• Train the workforce of the production and monitor them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
• Monitor the progress of production, confirming that it stays on schedule.
• Identify the problems and continuously improve the processes to improve the quality and productivity.
• Developing SOPs and process sheets for the quality production.
• Implementation/Adaptability of 5S on the production line.
• Liaise with, and update progress to Project Manager.
• Resolving cross-functional issues at the production level.
• Inter-department communication to maintain the smooth production.

REQUIREMENTS:
-
• At least 03 years of work experience in engineering manufacturing/assembly industry.
• At least DAE/B.Tech in Mechatronics /Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automotive, B.Sc/B.E will be preferred.
• Understanding of Electric Vehicle components and functionalities.
• Critical thinking and ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
