JOB PURPOSE:
The Human Resource Officer will support all functions of Human Resource within the organization like Hiring, Attendance & Leaves, dealing with matters of employees on daily basis, collection &updating of information related to employees in HR Database/HRMS and related physical records.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Support the HOD in all matters of HR department.
• Assist in recruitment matters like preparing job descriptions, scrutiny of applications, scheduling & conducting initial interviews, making hiring cases & related documentation, orientation of new appointees and related records updates.
• Drafting of official letters, policy documents, Memos, Emails, departmental formats like interview evaluations, guidelines/checklists etc. and other correspondence.
• Provide information to employees on HR policies and related procedures.
• Oversee matters related to Social Security & EOBI.
• Provide support in data compiling for salary revisions.
• Addressing disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Coordination with Admin department for matters of attendance, leaves and other data updates.
• Maintain & ensure timely updating of HR records in HRMS/HR Database.
• Dealing with matters of miscellaneous nature, as and when required.
• To ensure that all staff within the section are fully aware of ISO 9001 standards Quality management system and ISO 14001 environmental management system all Activities are conducted according to defined procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
    i. Bachelors in HRM or equivalent from HEC recognized institution.
    ii. At least 02-Years of work experiencein a similar role.
    i. Conceptual knowledge of functions of HR Department ii. Working knowledge/understanding of HRMS will be an added advantage.
    iii. Proficiency in MS Office, Email/Outlook, Web search, Computer System/Laptop and peripherals like Printers/Copier, Fax and Scanner and etc.
    iv. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Urdu. v. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    vi. Strong problem solving skills and attention to details.
