BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
i. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute visual designs that align with brand and marketing objectives.
ii. Create and design visual content for digital, print and multimedia mediums.
iii. Develop and present design concepts.
iv. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
v. Ensure that all design work aligns with the brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity across various platforms.
vi. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
vii. Stay abreast on industry trends, design tools, and technologies, and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
viii. Conduct quality checks on deliverables to maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
