Qualification: Minimum Bachelors in Business/Management studies or related

Age: 24~27 Years
Job Location: Sazgar Car Assembly Plant, Sunder Road, Raiwind – Lahore.
Salary Range: Subject to work Experience

Job Purpose:

The job purpose of this role is to take the lead in cultivating and expanding relationships with our key clients, driving growth and ensuring exceptional satisfaction in every interaction.

The ideal candidate should be confident, possess excellent communication skills, and be fluent in both English and Urdu. Applications are open to both male and female candidates.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
i. Dealership Sales Management
ii. Implementation of new sales strategies
iii. Vehicle allocation and delivery management
iv. Implementation of new marketing strategies.
v. Implementation of brand guidelines of marketing.
vi. Carrying out marketing campaigns at dealership.
vii. Standardization of CX protocol on dealership.
viii. QA and Customer relationship management.
ix. Sazgar event management.
x. Assisting the department in any ad-hoc marketing/sales task.
xi. Dealership audits and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Business/Management studies or related field from a reputable institution, Masters will be preferred.
  • 1~2 years of work experience is preferable, however, fresh graduates with a solid understanding of position’s requirements are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Critical thinking and ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.

i) Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
ii) Recent graduates with strong understanding of the field are also eligible to apply.
iii) Hands on experience on latest design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Adobe After effects and 3D Max or similar tools.
