JOB Purpose:
We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Localization / Development Engineers to join our fast-paced automotive engineering team. The successful candidates will collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, R&D, production, and quality teams to reduce import dependency, enhance cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with performance and quality standard.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Identify and assess opportunities to localize imported parts.
• Collaborate with local vendors for development of components according to specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Production teams to ensure product compliance.
• Lead the cost estimation and comparison analysis of localized vs imported parts.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
• Liaise with principals / OEM partners for approvals and technical clarifications.

JOB Purpose:
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high quality software solutions using the Microsoft .Net framework. Your expertise in .Net development along with your strong problem solving and collaboration skills will be instrumental in delivering robust and scalable applications. Your expertise and leadership will play a vital role in driving the success of our projects and delivering exceptional results.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Design, code, test, debug, and maintain applications using the .NET framework. This involves writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement software architecture, ensuring that it aligns with business requirements and follows best practices.
• Identify and resolve software defects and issues promptly to maintain the stability and reliability of the applications.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the robustness and quality of the software to achieve high levels of satisfaction of end user.
• Monitor, maintain, and upgrade existing applications to keep them up-to-date, secure, and in line with the latest technologies.
• Create technical documentation for the developed software, including design specifications, user manuals, and API documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
