JOB PURPOSE:
As an Automobile Dealership Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of HAVAL & BAIC dealerships across Pakistan. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing potential dealership locations, as well as fostering strong business partnerships with automobile dealers. BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Conduct market research for potential dealership locations.
• Analyze demographic data, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Identify market viability, key growth areas and opportunities for dealership expansion.
• Identify suitable properties for dealership establishment, considering factors such as location, accessibility, visibility, and other pre-requisites furnished by SAZGAR.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for alignment with company objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee development from site selection to dealership opening and coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors and ensure projects meet budget, timeline, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Key Account Managers to monitor existing dealership performance and track KPIs such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities in dealership development.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Human Resource Officer will assist in carrying out the day-to-day functions of the HR Department, including recruitment, attendance and leave management, employee relations, maintaining and updating employee information in the HR database/HRMS, handling HR correspondence, and managing related physical records.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in managing all functions of the HR department.
• Support recruitment activities including drafting job descriptions, screening applications, scheduling and conducting initial interviews, preparing hiring cases, completing related documentation, conducting orientation sessions for new hires, and updating employee records.
• Draft official correspondence such as letters, policies, memos, emails, and departmental formats.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Support in dealing matters related to Social Security and EOBI.
• Assist in compiling data for salary revisions.
• Provide assistance in resolution of disciplinary and grievance issues.
