We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Dealership team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
i. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
ii. Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
iii. Conduct test drives and follow up with customers on their test drive experience.
v. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
vi. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by maintaining regular communication.
vii. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
viii. Stay updated on vehicle features, upcoming new models & vehicles, market trends, financing options, and promotions.
ix. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
x. Submit timely and detailed sales reports to the management.
xi. Work closely with the marketing team to participate in promotions, events, and campaigns.
xii. Handle front desk and attend customer calls, on need basis.
xiii Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Atleast 02 years of relevant work experience preferably in OEM/Automotive Dealership.
- Bachelor from HEC recognized institute.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Presentable, fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
